G.D. Vajra Winemaker - Wednesday September 10th - 7 pm
Come savor the award winning wines of G.D. Vajra which was founded in 1972 by Aldo Vajra
and his wife Milena and is entirely a family affair with their sons, Giuseppe and Isidoro
and daughter Francesa. The family owns almost 100 acres of vineyards in Vergne, the
highest village in the Commune of Barolo and the wines are made from estate fruit that is
triple sorted by hand. For more than 40 years, this wonderfully humble and hard-working
family has crafted soulful and honest expressions of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato
and Riesling. Paired with a
5 course tasting menu by Chef Karp, the evening gets underway
at 7 pm at the bar and is $139. which includes 7 estate wines, menu, tax and gratuity. Reservations advised.

Sunday Brunch is Back - Noon to 3 - $10 menu for the kiddies
Come watch football, revel in a "Burger Benedict", house cured smoked pastrami, or some Korean hot wings paired with a Bloody Mary Mariachi. Traditional brunch breakfast fare and Plates BBQ smoker specials also available. $10 for the 10 and unders make it a great way to spend a day. Okay, half a day. Whatever. Just come.

menu for the 10 and unders. Pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and other "smoker specials".
