Pizzeria Di Matteo Naples, Italy

      Some say it’s Naples best Pizza, and some say that debate is still open. Thin crust and almost charred, the pizza is made unique by the quality of the buffalo Mozzarella hand made in nearby Sorrento, and the sun ripened tomato sauce. We were pretty impressed and Matthew made immediate friends with his Italian namesake “Matteo” who gave him a plate for the collection.
