      Another of Wendy’s business trips situated Matthew in a foreign kitchen, this time in the beautiful Okeanu in Jerusalem where he staged and worked with Middle Eastern ingredients. It was a kitchen filled with Israeli and Palestinians chefs and cooks working together in a beautiful white washed and serene setting.
