Most recently Sous Chef for the acclaimed David Bouley, Chef Karp spent a total of 8 years with him in his Tribeca kitchens working almost every station in the kitchen and serving such personalities as Robin Williams, Fergie, John Turturro, Lawrence Taylor, Howard Stern, Kate Moss, you and me.
Chef Karp prepared many special events and fundraisers with Chef Bouley traveling to Washington State or Chicago, for Elton John or Cartier. This plate is from a Rex Vineyards tasting dinner on the estate in Oregon in 1992.
