Free range turkeys from Misty Knoll Farm in Vermont available from Plates, which you can order raw,
brined, or cooked in the size you need. The turkeys will be "fresh-slaughter", which means that they are
killed on order and not processed, pre-packaged or stored. Every year the vote is a landslide - these

Misty Knoll Farms is a family-owned farm producing the finest naturally raised chickens and turkeys
available from Vermont. Misty Knoll is located in the Champlain Valley between Rutland and Burlington,
and the flocks are raised in open barns with free access to pasture, sunlight, wholesome feed and fresh
water. Allowed to grow naturally to size, the turkeys are robust and meatier. Farmers Rob & John are part
of the "Vermont Fresh Network" and feel strongly that working to create lasting and sustainable
connections between local farms and restaurants is critical for the future of Vermont's landscape, its

Hefeweizen Circus Boy and take a spot on the outdoor patio or inside as you please. Regular menu also

"My Holiday Party" - Celebrate with other small groups!

Plates will again be hosting a combined office party this Holiday Season. This is designed for small
groups who might not otherwise be able to put together a festive party on their own. However, grouped
with other small businesses, it's going to be a fun holiday event. Start at the bar at 6 pm for an hour
of passed hors d'oeuvres and Christmas Cosmos, Hanukah High Balls, wine and beer. Mix and mingle with the
other guests. Then retreat to your own table reserved just for your group. Decor, festive music and a 3
course menu with entree choices are all included. All of the above is $50 per person with tax and
